Winter berry invigorating vitamin drink with natural vitamins C, A, E

Vitamin C (tse) - blush on the face! We make ourselves such a vitamin drink for our well-being.

Ingredients:

1. Rowan berries - bunch (vitamin A ...)

2. Sea buckthorn berries - a handful (vitamin E ...)

3. Lemon - 1 slice (Vitamin C ...)

4. Honey - 1 tablespoon (natural sweetener)

5. Water - 2 glasses (we use high quality water with a normal PH level)

Preparation

We take the berries, clean them of twigs, (mountain ash from a tree branch, sea buckthorn from the freezer), rinse.

We immerse it in a blender container, throw in a slice of lemon directly with the zest, add honey and warm water. Grind for about a minute and the vitamin drink is ready.

We leave it for an hour on a sunny windowsill to brew and soak up the sunlight. Then we filter through a strainer and "swing" the pile 1-2 times a day before meals. This drink invigorates us (we fly like winter birds on berry fuel)!
