I have long forgotten about starvation diets. This is a terrible dream for me. Moreover, it is very difficult not to break off a rigid diet and pounce on food.
Since the introduction of calorie counting into my life, I have lost weight, which I gained in a series of different diets.
Eating tasty food and not starving, I go to my goal.
Today I want to share with you a recipe for the most delicate cottage cheese-peach casserole, and even chocolate!
The casserole is almost like cheesecake in consistency.
The scent is simply breathtaking.
✅I used the following products to make the cake:
- 400 g 5% cottage cheese,
- 2 chicken eggs
- 80-100 g of whole grain rice flour (the thinner the curd, the more flour),
- 420 g peaches
- 10 g cocoa (2 tbsp), bag (1 g) vanillin,
- 6 sachets of sweetener (1 sachet = 1g = 5g sugar).
Cooking.
To prepare the dough, it is better to use a blender so that the consistency of the cake is homogeneous and tender, without lumps. And the cooking process will be much faster with such an assistant.
Mix cottage cheese, eggs, sweetener and vanillin in a blender.
In a bowl, mix the flour and cocoa, and then add them to the curd.
Beat everything well.
It is better to take peaches that are not very ripe, firmer. Cut the peaches in half and remove the pit.
We take a baking dish (I have a silicone 18 cm).
We spread peaches on the bottom of the form:
And we close them with a test:
We send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
We take out, let cool in the form and take out the casserole. The casserole will settle a little.
