Puff pastry - 250 g

Kefir - 200 ml

Eggs - 3 pcs.

Ham - 150 g

Cheese - 150 g

Onions - 50 g

Bulgarian pepper - 100 g

Salt, hot pepper - to taste

Take the groceries on the list. Dough for quiche, our pie, choose any light, dry one that can roll out thinly and not turn into a fluffy bun. The easiest and most delicious way is to use purchased puff. You can knead yourself both puff and shortbread low sugar, unleavened or otherwise yours verified. Note that the neutrality of such types of dough assumes any filling: the filling is suitable for sweet and snack / salty.

First, stretch the defrosted semi-finished dough in a layer and put it in a mold with a diameter of up to 30 cm. We raise the low side, cut off the surplus in a circle and sculpt from them, fasten the edging. Next, pierce the main part with a fork.

We fall asleep with a load (for example, legumes) and for the first 10 minutes we send it to a hot oven. Dry at 180 degrees. This method will prevent the damp pie from remaining soggy inside.

Meanwhile, we are busy with the filling. I must say that it is made on the basis of an omelet. Delicate, nutritious, delicious and available.

Shake kefir and eggs. If you want, replace this drink with milk, sour cream, yogurt, mayonnaise.

Throw in the flavors: hard cheese and ham. Before that, divide the slices into small squares or straws.
