Ingredients:
Pork - 400 g
Potatoes - 3 pcs.
Onions - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Celery - 50 g
Zucchini - 100 g
Champignons - 50 g
Garlic - 2 teeth
Pasta - 100 g
Water - 1.7 l
Salt, pepper, bay leaf - to taste
Greens - 50 g
Step by step recipe:
To make soup with pork broth and pasta, take the food listed.
Defrost the meat, if necessary, rinse, remove excess fat. Pork is cooked in one large piece, or cut into smaller cubes. The second method is convenient for serving immediately, in the heat of the heat.
So, we cut clean meat into pieces of about the same size and put them in boiling water. Let it boil again and remove the resulting foam. You can drain the first water, rinse the meat and the pan, cook in the second boiling water.
For saturation, mouth-watering aroma and color, throw in spicy celery stalks, bay leaves, a few branches of parsley or other fresh herbs, hot peppers.
Add carrots and onion, salt a little. After boiling, reduce the temperature and cook the pork broth under the lid for 30 to 60 minutes. Taste the meat for tenderness.
Then we catch all the "flavors", you can strain. We leave only the carrots, chop or knead them and return them to the pork broth. Next, add the potatoes. We continue cooking for 5 minutes.
We load chopped zucchini and champignons.
Throw in the pasta, bring it to readiness for another 5-7 minutes. We taste, salt and pepper to taste. We remove from the fire. If served immediately, press the garlic through a press, add the herbs and let the soup sit for the last 5 minutes.
We pour into plates and serve "sunny" and very tasty soup with pork broth with pasta to the table.
