Homemade liqueurs are perfectly balanced taste and a very pleasant flavor, the beverage strength goes up to 20 degrees.
Infusion of cranberries
Ingredients:
1 L of vodka
200 g of lingonberry
Honey 100 g
Preparation:
1. Obsushennye berries knead with honey in a glass or a wooden bowl.
2. Berry weight shift in a bottle and mixed with vodka.
3. Bottle cork and insist 3-5 days in a dark place.
4. Brandy strain and pour into bottles.
5. Cool.
Infusion on Persimmon

Ingredients:
0.5 liters vodka
400 g of sugar
400 g of dense persimmon
4 g of fenugreek or utsho suneli
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Preparation:
1. Persimmon wash, dry, cut into 4-6 pieces.
2. Place the persimmons in a wide-mouthed jars, sprinkling sugar.
3. Absorb persimmon spices and pour the vodka. Capacity clog.
4. Infuse for 3-4 weeks in a warm bright place, for example, on a windowsill on the south side of the house.
Cranberry liqueur with vodka
Ingredients:
cranberries - 0.5 kg;
vodka (brew alcohol 40-45%) - 1 liter;
water - 1 liter;
sugar - 1 kg;
dry mint - 2-3 leaf (optional);
crushed galangal root (Potentilla) - 1 teaspoon (optional).
Sugar can be replaced by honey in the same proportions. If you use the brew, it should be cleaned as much as possible from the smell, or flavor liqueur will be worse.
Preparation:
1. Berries are separated from stalks, well washed and crushed wooden rolling pin (grind meat grinder or blender) until smooth.
2. Add mint and galangal, pour vodka.
3. Mix well, seal the lid and place the jar for 10-14 days in a dark place at room temperature.
4. On the last day of the infusion mix the water and sugar mixture is brought to a boil, then boil over low heat for 4-5 minutes, removing the foam. Ready syrup to cool to room temperature.
5. Mix the syrup with cranberry extract, tightly closed and held in a dark warm place for 7-10 days.
6. The finished brandy filtered through 2-3 layers of cheesecloth and cotton.
Store homemade cordials in a sealed container in a cool place without direct sunlight.
The shelf life of home brandy - 3 years.
