Potato roll: hearty, simple and very tasty!

Preparation of a wholesome and tasty roll does not take much time and does not require any special culinary skills.

Ingredients:

Potatoes - 8-10 Pieces
Egg - 4 pieces
Onions - 2 pieces
Flour - 2 tbsp. spoons
Vegetable oil - 1 teaspoon (+ roasting onions)
Ground black pepper - to taste
Salt - to taste

Preparation:

In salted water boil the potatoes in their skins until tender.

Clear the cooled potatoes peeled.

Chop 2 onions.
Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil, spread it onions, fry until golden.

Boil hard boiled eggs. Cooled, cleaned from the shell, cut into small cubes.

Mash potato puree.
Pour in the sauce 2 tbsp. l. flour and pour 1 hour. l. vegetable oil.

Good mix all until smooth.

Sprinkle work surface with flour or blanketed with cling film.
Put the potato dough and rolled it into the reservoir.

In a separate bowl, mix eggs with chopped fried onions, add to taste salt and pepper.

The resulting stuffing spread on the dough and distributed evenly. Wrap the potato dough stuffed into a tight roll.



Was covered baking sheet with baking paper, transferred to his roll and sprinkle with flour on all sides.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Put it in a baking roll, bake for 30 minutes. Cut the roll portioned slices and serve.

Ready strudel can be served either hot or cooled down completely in form. Roll it turns out very tasty, hearty and flavorful. Due to the stuffing roll does not dry.
