We nourish the body only with healthy oils. We make live seed porridge (much healthier than boiled cereals).
The successful athlete V. Sobolevsky always eats only cereal from seeds (he says that cereals - grains were created by nature for birds, they are poorly assimilated by us and they called not the best places).
Ingredients:
1. Peeled sunflower seeds - handful
2. Flax seeds - 2-3 tbsp spoons
3. Oatmeal - a handful
4. Honey - 1 tablespoon
5. Sesame powder - 1 teaspoon (without it)
6. Water - 1 glass
Preparation
We take flax and sunflower seeds soak in water at room temperature, oatmeal can also be soaked (we leave it on the table overnight, and put the oats in the refrigerator).
In the morning, rinse with water, immerse in a blender container, add sesame powder, honey and warm water. Beat everything together for about a minute at high speed.
We put it in a cup and bon appetit! (the mixture is consumed fresh, because oils oxidize rather quickly)
The fluffy seed porridge is ready (the porridge turns out even thicker if you first beat the flax seeds with water). Here, in their original natural form, oils from seeds are well absorbed (in contrast to pressed, especially by hot pressing). Such vegetable fats will only benefit (especially if the seeds are from proven places).
