Cheesecake San Sebastian - Basque burnt cheesecake
- Prepare the dish and line it with baking paper. I have a detachable form of 20 cm.
- Preheat the oven to 220 ° C degrees (top - bottom).
- Mix cream cheese with sugar and grind until smooth.
- Stir in the cream and flour so that there are no lumps.
- Add vanilla sugar, lemon juice to cream cheese and add eggs one by one.
- Add cream and flour in several steps.
- Pour the mixed cheese mass into a mold and bake the cheesecake for 30-35 minutes.
There should be a brown, burnt crust on top, but the cheesecake should remain mobile. It does not need to be overdried!
33 minutes passed and I turned on the grill for 2 minutes.
- Let it cool down and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
- As a result, he gets the structure of a thick cream. It's delicious.
- I stewed pears in caramel. It turned out to be an excellent and harmonious combination.
