LARGE OMMETTE WITH GARLIC SAUCE
- Put all the ingredients for the sauce in a blender and chop.
- Divide the eggs into egg whites and yolks.
- Add salt to the egg whites and beat until fluffy, stable.
- Add the yolks one at a time while continuing to beat.
- Preheat a frying pan on low heat and grease it with butter.
- Spread out the omelette mixture and smooth.
After one minute, close the pan with a lid and cook for 4-5 minutes without opening it.
- Turn off heating. Now the omelet must be carefully transferred to a plate and folded.
