I really love breakfast. 🥣🥨 No wonder they say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Most of all I cook porridge, boil eggs, sometimes it is curd casserole or quick muffins in the microwave. But on weekends I can cook something like that... 👉
I break 2-3 eggs into a bowl, salt and mix well. Pour the egg mixture into a hot frying pan and let it grab a little. On top I put thin lavash cut in the shape of a circle with a plate.
Further, when the eggs are ready, I use a spatula to turn them over with the pita down. On one half I spread a little grated cheese, diced ham. I put everything on the eye, there are no exact proportions.
I put a few slices of tomato and some cheese on the ham.
Then I cover the filling with the second half of the eggs to make an envelope, fry on each side for 30 seconds.
You need to eat right away, in the heat of the heat! Crispy pita bread combined with eggs, ham and melted cheese... delicious! Try it!
