Hello friends! Vegetables are our everything. I believe that the human body needs them every day, regardless of the season. Therefore, I offer a healthy vegetable soup made from simple ingredients.
For this you need yourself cauliflower, potatoes, onions and carrots. All this, with the exception of cauliflower, is usually always at hand for any housewife.
Cauliflower puree soup
- Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences and hold in salted water for 10 minutes.
- Wash and chop the vegetables.
- Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan.
- Add all vegetables except cauliflower and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add boiling water (50-80 ml), close the lid and leave to simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add cauliflower, some more boiling water and leave to simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, add salt and heat for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the stewed vegetables to a saucepan.
- Grind with a blender in mashed potatoes and add boiling water to the desired density.
- Turn on the heat, bring the soup to a boil and heat for a couple of minutes.
- If necessary, add salt and that's it.
- The cauliflower soup is ready.
You can eat this beet salad at least every day.
