Hello friends! Everyone loves baked goods, and baked goods especially. Today I offer you an interesting recipe for an ordinary dough in a very unusual shape. I'm sure you will easily surprise the whole family with such a bun!

Delicate white bread made from butter dough with an interesting way of shaping
- Place warm water in a bowl, mix with yeast, a teaspoon of sugar from the total amount and a teaspoon of flour from the total amount.
- Leave the dough for 15-20 minutes.
- Mix the main sifted flour with salt.
The dough can be kneaded manually or in a food processor.
- Begin kneading when the dough is active.
- Add warm milk, eggs, sugar, flour and salt to the dough.
Knead at minimum speed until the products are combined. Hook nozzle.
With manual mixing:
- Set aside 2 tablespoons of flour.
- For the rest, make a deepening.
- Add all products to it.
- Mix well with a fork.
- Pour the set flour on the table.
- Lay out the dough and knead on the table.
- When the ingredients are combined, add soft butter.
- The dough can be flavored by adding cinnamon, vanilla, lemon or orange zest.
- Round by gathering from edge to center.
- The dough should be tender and not sticky.
- Grease with vegetable oil and cover with a napkin.
- Leave to rise for 1.5-2 hours.
- After about 50 minutes, knead the dough, turn it over and let it rise again.
- Or you can put it in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours.
- Melt 30 g of butter.
Prepare the mold, grease it with oil. If desired, lay the bottom with parchment. Sprinkle sugar over the pan.
- Pour flour on the table, lay out the dough.
- Roll it into a rectangle. Thickness approx. 3 mm.
- Liberally grease the rolled dough with butter.
- Cut lengthwise into four strips.
- Fold the strips on top of each other.
- Cut crosswise into 8 pieces.
- Now place all 8 pieces on the edge into the mold.
Leave the dough to increase in volume by about 2 times in a warm place for 50 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Sprinkle generously with sugar on top.
- Send to oven for 20 minutes.
- The bun is ready!
- Let the mold cool slightly and remove the bread.

100 g water
100 g milk
5 g yeast
50 g sugar
4 g salt
40 g butter (+ 30 to melt)
