- Cut vegetables into cubes.
- Fry the onion for half a minute in a pan.
- Add carrots and fry for another minute.
- Add one tablespoon of potato starch to the meat and mix. This will be additional breading.
- Put the meat in the vegetables by hand and fry the meat over high heat, stirring all the time.
- Add the tomatoes and mix again.
- Season the meat with vegetables and turn off the heat under the pan.
- Turn the oven to minimum heat
- Dice the potatoes and courgettes.
- I'll stew the roast in pots.
- Season the potatoes with salt and arrange them in the pots.
- Then zucchini and meat with vegetables.
- Close the pots with lids and send them to the oven.
