I do not know what they feed chickens on farms and how harmful it is to humans. In my last post about chicken breast rolls there were many comments that chicken should not be eaten. I don't really believe in different bikes, but for now I decided to switch to turkey.

Turkey fillet pastroma
I need 1 kg of turkey fillet, saline solution, based on 1 liter of cold water, 2 tablespoons of salt, 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
- Wash and dry fillets, remove all unnecessary.
- Make a saline solution.
- Dip the meat into it.
- It must be completely covered with water.
- Leave it in this state for 2 hours.
- Mix all the spices, mustard and vegetable oil.
- After two hours, remove the meat.
Turn on and preheat the oven to 250 ° C degrees.
- Grate the meat with spices on all sides, you can stuff it with garlic.
- Transfer the meat to a baking dish.
- The meat can be baked open or in foil.
Send the meat to the preheated oven.
Turn off the oven after 15 minutes.
Leave the meat in the oven for another two hours.
Do not open the oven door.
- 2 hours passed.
- The meat is perfectly cooked inside.
