This jam is made either by people who like bananas; or those who do not like bananas, but have nowhere to put them, and they do not know how to dispose of them. In my family, there are both, so this is a kind of compromise.

BANANA JAM RECIPE
- Squeeze lemon juice firstand an orange.
- Add sugar and water 6-8 tablespoons to the saucepan.
- Put on the stove.
- Before the syrup boils, the sugar must be completely dissolved.
- Rinse off the remaining sugar crystals from the walls and cook until caramelized.
- Then, very carefully, gradually introduce hot citrus juice and turn off the heating.
- Dice the bananas and add to the syrup.
- Turn on the heat and cook until the bananas are tender.
