One of the simplest, but very convenient blanks is caramel sugar. It can be added to a variety of dishes and desserts to add a caramel flavor to your baked goods.

Caramel Sugar - Homemade

  • Place the thick-bottomed saucepan on the stove.
  • Pour in sugar. The quantity is optional.
  • You can melt sugar in small portions.
  • At first, do not stir anything, melt gently so that the sugar does not burn.
  • Shake the saucepan, monitor the heating.
  • When half of the sugar has melted, stir gently.
  • Bring the caramel to the desired color and turn off the heat.
  • Pour the hot liquid sugar over the parchment and let cool.
  • Put all the frozen caramel in a blender and chop in pulse mode.
  • If the technique is weak, then grind in several steps.
  • The caramel powder is ready!
  • Store in a clean, dry lidded jar at room temperature.
