Caramel Sugar - Homemade
- Place the thick-bottomed saucepan on the stove.
- Pour in sugar. The quantity is optional.
- You can melt sugar in small portions.
- At first, do not stir anything, melt gently so that the sugar does not burn.
- Shake the saucepan, monitor the heating.
- When half of the sugar has melted, stir gently.
- Bring the caramel to the desired color and turn off the heat.
- Pour the hot liquid sugar over the parchment and let cool.
- Put all the frozen caramel in a blender and chop in pulse mode.
- If the technique is weak, then grind in several steps.
- The caramel powder is ready!
- Store in a clean, dry lidded jar at room temperature.
