The dough cooks very quickly, so immediately turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.

  • Pour in 180 grams or ml of milk
  • 80 grams or 8 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs

Mix with a whisk until smooth.

  • Add 1 full art. spoon of 9% vinegar

Mix with a whisk until smooth.

If desired, 9% vinegar can be replaced with 2 tablespoons. tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Collect the dough from the walls, mix along the bottom.

The dough turns out to be liquid, it flows easily from the shoulder blade.

We close the bottom of the form with parchment paper, do not lubricate the sides of the form with anything.

We transfer the dough to the mold.

We evenly level and remove to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

My biscuit was baked for 50 minutes.

We check the readiness of the biscuit with a wooden stick, pierce it, if it comes out dry, then the biscuit is ready.

Let the biscuit cool in the mold for about 15 minutes and release it from the mold.

We transfer to the grate with the top side down andlet cool to room temperature.

Wrap the cooled biscuit in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

120 grams (2 pcs.) Eggs
180 grams (ml) milk
80 gram (8st. spoons) vegetable oil

160gram (8st. tablespoons without top) sugar
8gram (1 full h. spoon) soda
Pinch salt
14gram (1 full art. spoon) 9% vinegar
