Someone will probably say that this is the most ordinary yogurt, with which all the shelves in the dairy section are crammed today.

Everything seems to be so, but not quite. Once I tried to make this kind of yogurt for breakfast.

I took the most ordinary milk from the store, a banana, a couple of tablespoons of low-fat sour cream, put everything together and as a result received delicious yogurt, but without GMOs and any chemicals, white sugar, flavors, stabilizers and preservatives.

Still such a delicacy is a very useful fermented milk product. It is easily absorbed, normalizes bowel function, improves skin condition and color.

Bananas are also high in potassium and a substance that has a positive effect on mood and helps to cope with depression.

You can make such a healthy and tasty treat for yourself for breakfast from the most common and affordable products.

Cooking.

We take the most ordinary milk that we like to taste and pour it into a half liter jar.

Peel the banana. We combine everything with a blender until smooth, and pour back into the jar.

Next, put a towel or cloth on the bottom of the pan and set the jar. Pour water into a saucepan up to the neck of the can and turn on the heating.

We heat the jar to 40 degrees and take the warm one out of the water bath.

Now we dilute two tablespoons of sour cream with a small amount of milk, mix well and add to a jar with a milk-banana mixture.

Mix again, cover with a lid, wrap and put in a warm place for 5-7 hours.

After 2-3 hours, open, stir, close and also put in a warm place.

After 4-5 hours, open it again, stir, if the milk is not sour, then close it again and leave to rise.

If there is no time at all, then you can leave everything for the night, and in the morning it will be ready!

The result is a delicious homemade yogurt that you can eat for breakfast or refrigerate before dinner.

In the cold, yogurt thickens and you get banana sour cream or thick sauce for salad dressing. It will make your salads even tastier!
