1. We need chicken eggs (6 pieces), separate the yolks from the whites. In order for the whites to foam well and quickly, I put them in the freezer for 10 minutes. Then add granulated sugar (150 grams), vanillin (1 sachet) and beat with a mixer or whisk until a thick white mass is formed.
2. Put in the yolks granulated sugar (150 grams), frombutter at room temperature (1 pack), baking soda, slaked with vinegar (0.5 teaspoon).
