In today's article I will talk about excellent physical exercise for all muscle groups, which can be easily done at home and how I decided to take part in the international healthy lifestyle game "Crazy Drying". So, let's begin!

The exercise that I want to share with you is called "burpee". More precisely, this is a set of exercises that includes push-up, plank and jump. The main advantages of such a complex are that during its implementation all muscle groups work, actively burning calories,no special devices are needed, only a rug, and even space is needed only in your height. The exercise begins with a regular stand (feet shoulder-width apart, arms along the body), then squat, resting our hands on floor, and take the plank position, do push-ups and stand back in the same order, ending with a jump and clap hands.
