But there are drinks that are made quickly and easily and perfectly cope with thirst.
1. Eastern Ayran. Of course, we will be making a homemade and very simplified version of this drink. However, it won't make him any worse. We need mix kefir (2/3 cup) with mineral water (1/3 cup) and add a little salt. Much better than any soda!
