Today I will continue a series of articles about things that have an expiration date. In the last article, I found expired items at home in all five locations. Almost the same situation happened this time. Well, let's continue to get rid of useless things!
1. Sunglasses term is approximately 2 years of active use, of course, if the glasses just sit on the shelf, even for 20 years, they will be fine. After 2 years of active use, UV protection (if she is in glasses, if she is not, glasses are meaningless initially) will begin to let the sun go through, which is very harmful to the eyes and to the skin around the eyes. Also, if the lenses are damaged or there are many scratches on them, these glasses should be discarded.
2.The term of any mattress is from 7 to 10 years. Then they begin to lose shape, which will affect your comfort and health. It's time to change my mattress.
3.Combs and toothpaste. Combs need to be changed semiannually. Shelf life of toothpaste not more than a year, even if it is kept closed, unopened. Pay particular attention to small tubes, which we often keep for a long time to take with us on a trip.
4. Spice on average can be stored no more than two years. Of course, there are exceptions, but they are few. I threw out more than half of the bags.
5.Slippers need to update semiannually. Otherwise, microorganisms harmful to the legs, including fungal ones, will accumulate in them. Liked the article - rate it like!
