In today's article I will tell you how I cooked millet porridge in a pumpkin. I'll tell you right away what happened very tasty, and most importantly useful. To be honest, in our family, porridge, especially millet, to put it mildly, is not the most popular dish. But everyone liked this cooking option, without exception. Now, we can safely say that my family fell in love with millet!

1. We need medium sized pumpkin. From it you need to scrape out the pulp and fill it millet (1 sachet, 15 grams). Next, add sugar (2 tablespoons), salt (to taste), fill in the pumpkin milk and mix thoroughly. To make the porridge cook faster, pour hot milk immediately. Scroll the photo to the right.

2. We put on the "cover" and grease the whole pumpkin with vegetable oil, preferably olive, but sunflower is also suitable. We put the dish in the preheated oven up to 200 degrees for 1.5 hours.

3. After an hour and a half, turn off the oven and leave the pumpkin for another 40 minutes "reach". Delicious millet porridge is ready! Serve with a slice of pumpkin.
