In today's article I will talk about recipe for a delicious pancake dish for Shrovetide. Now it is Maslenitsa week, and I am sure that, like me, many people often bake pancakes. To diversify the menu, I decided to cook a "pancake delicacy" (as we called it at dinner dish, because it turned out very tasty), although it does not include any delicious ingredients. During cooking the smell was all over the entrance!

1. With milk and kefir knead the dough into pancakes, I will not describe in detail, since everyone knows this, there are a lot of recipes. We take mushrooms (300 grams), I had champignons, chop finely and fry in vegetable oil. Then fry the prepared minced meat (400 grams), mix with mushrooms and chop with a fork. 2. Fry pancakes in a frying pan, only one side. Take two pancakes overlap, put the stuffing of minced meat and mushrooms, sprinkle a little cheese, spin the pancakes and we wrap it in a snail. Everything is shown in detail in the photo, scroll to the right.

3. We put the rolled pancakes in a mold, press the middle with a spoon, we rub the cheese and break the egg, but I didn’t fit the whole, I put only the yolk (we put it carefully, one spread out). We put in a preheated up to 200 degrees oven until browned, approx. 30 minutes, can be greased with yolk at the end. Delicious pancakes are ready!
