1. From the first days of the weekend, I made it a habit that every day I I will spend part of my time (2-3 hours) exclusively on entertainment, during this period of time I do not think about anything, but only get positive emotions. 2. The second habit is adherence to the daily routine. You need to devote at least 4 hours of your time to work. If you have no tasks from work or you are retired, then devote this time to self-development, for example, start learning a foreign language or master a new program on your computer. It is work that keeps my psychological state in order, making it clear that days are not aimless, and with benefit and I develop.
