Today I will tell you about one interesting recipe, namely, an egg in a tomato under a cheese crust. I recently tested this novelty on a family dinner table - all family members liked this "tomato". This dish is perfect for a snack, for example for an afternoon snack, or for lunch, as an addition to the side dish or replaces salad. I present a detailed cooking instruction with a photo.
1. We need medium tomatoes. We wash them and cut off the tops. Scrape the "insides" of vegetables with a spoon and into each tomato break the chicken egg. The egg is completely placed in the tomato, while it stands steadily without falling. Everything is shown in detail on oto, scroll to the right.
2.Salt well, you can add any spices to taste. Then add grated cheese, herbs, I had dill, and close with cut off "lids". Scroll the photo to the right.
3. We put in the preheated oven up to 200 degrees, for about 25 minutes, until a cheese crust forms. I tried it with rice and meat, it turned out very tasty and unusual.
