So the real winter has come, and the real one is because the first snow has fallen, and there is so much of it that all around the children are making snowmen and going downhill.
Today we spent half a day outside, the children enjoyed the snow, rode on cheesecakes, because the wait for winter was so long that we didn’t want to take them home so that everyone could have enough of it.
Why did I write for so long that we spent a lot of time on the street, but because when you return tired, frozen home, you so want a warm and tasty cake from the oven. I told you and advised everyone to always keep a couple of different canned food in the house in case of unexpected guests, I always have there are several canned fish, meat, fruit, so as not to run to the store, if you want something tasty, or someone has to come.
I found a jar of canned pears, there is always puff and yeast dough in the freezer, so the idea for a pie appeared as soon as I found these products in my place.
Pear pie is very easy to prepare, it takes no more than 30 minutes to cook from the moment you start cooking until you take it out of the oven.
For a pear pie, we need:
- Bank of pears - 1 pc., Or 2 regular pears
- Butter -50 gr.
- Brown sugar -2-3 tbsp
- Puff pastry - 1 layer.
As soon as you start cooking the cake, turn on the oven immediately. It should heat up to 180 degrees.
Lubricate the mold liberally with butter. Sprinkle sugar on top.
Cut into pear slices
and place them on the bottom of the mold in a circle. Try to spread it neatly if possible, because then the pears will be the top of your pie.
Roll out the dough, thawed at room temperature beforehand, to the diameter of your baking dish and place on top of the pears.
Use a fork to make punctures of the dough all over the layer so that it does not rise, but remains an even "cake".
Place in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. As soon as the dough is browned, immediately remove the pie from the oven.
Cover with a large plate and flip over. The pie will stay pears on the plate!
Serve a warm pie with a scoop of ice cream.
That's all! The cake is ready!
Bon Appetit everyone!!!
