There are a few days left before the New Year, how many gifts have already been bought, and how many still have to be bought... the abundance of sweets and chocolate in stores is already dazzling, but how do you want to surprise everyone with unusual sweet a gift.

Today I will make my own Christmas-themed chocolate.

For this we need:

  • White chocolate -2 bars
  • Rafaello - 1-2 candies
  • A mixture of nuts and chocolate chips for decoration is already your improvisation.

To begin with, I boiled a pot of water, dipped two chocolate bars into it and waited a few minutes for the chocolate to melt.

In the prepared mold, I have a cookie box, you can cut the mold out of the juice box, pour out the chocolate and smooth the surface with a spatula.

So that everything is neat, I do the blanks in advance. With a knife I cut Raffaello into two parts, and decorate each half with chocolate.

Separately, I make the face of a snowman, decorate the second part with chocolate drops.

Legs and handles are made of straw. For the hat, the caviar tartlets bought in advance for the new year came in handy. I also cut one tartlet in half, after the snowman is ready, I put a hat on his head.

I chose almonds, peanuts and candied cherries for decoration. Because the chocolate has not yet frozen - the nuts themselves smoothly sink into it. Sprinkle everything on top with chocolate chips and chocolate and drops, and send it to the refrigerator for half an hour until the chocolate is completely frozen.

When the chocolate is ready, it needs to be laid out of the mold and put in a transparent film. I used a baking sleeve.

I tie ribbons, and you can safely treat friends.
