When someone is sick at home, and you have to spend a long time within four walls, you begin to entertain yourself with cooking even more than usual.
As a child, my mother often made pies with eggs and onions, but she cooked the dough on kefir with an egg - it was very tasty. But today, when any dough can be bought for a penny, I do not see the need to cook it myself, although sometimes I can make it willingly.
For our mini pies you will need:
- Yeast dough - packing 500 gr.
- Green onions - 50 gr.
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
To begin with, I roll out the dough well, because I love it when the filling, not the dough, occupies most of the pies.
Then I form a pie shape with a glass. The larger the diameter of the glass, the larger the pie. Because I prefer small ones, then I choose the shape of a glass with a small diameter.
Finely chop the boiled eggs and onion.
I mix in a salad bowl and salt the filling.
I sculpt pies and send them to the frying pan.
I know that yeast dough pies are usually baked in the oven, but I love fried ones, so I fry them in a pan for a few minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
Sweet tea, not coffee or cocoa, but sweet tea is ideal for these pies. I write and understand that I will go to the table again)
