Recipe Fettuccine with salmon in cream sauce

Ingredients:

● Fettuccine - 250g.
● Salmon (trout, salmon, chum salmon, tuna) - 150 c.
● Tomato - 1 piece.
● Cream (not less than 20% fat) - 150 ml.
● Onions (bulb) - 1/2 piece.
● Garlic cloves -2
● cheese - to taste
● salt- to taste
● pepper - to taste
● thyme (preferably fresh) - to taste
● Olive oil - 1-2 tablespoons

Preparation:

1. Salmon or any red fish salmon cut into cubes family.

2. Tomato peeled and cut into small pieces. Remove the seeds and liquid.

3. Finely chop the onion, garlic passed through the press

4. The pan, pour olive oil, throw the onions and garlic. Fry 1 minute.

5. Adding salmon and tomato, salt, pepper, thyme. Cooking 4-5 minutes.
