Recipe Baked mackerel with lemon in foil
Ingredients:
- mackerel 1 pcs.
- 1/2 lemon pieces.
- 3 tablespoons natural yoghurt
- ground black pepper 1 tablespoon
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt
Preparation:
1. Grate the zest from half a lemon and squeeze the juice.
2. Carcass mackerel gut, remove the gills. You can cut off the head and tail and cut into pieces a la carte.
3. Mix the yogurt with the lemon juice and zest.
4. Garlic finely chopped or put through a press.
5. Combine yogurt with lemon, garlic and pepper. Sauce salt to taste.
6. Liberally grease the fish yogurt sauce, etc. not forgetting the sauce inside the carcass.
7. Cut a large sheet of foil.
8. Fold the foil in half twice.
9. Place the mackerel in the middle of the sheet of foil.
10. Bend the edges of the foil, carefully wrap the fish in a manila envelope.
11. Bake mackerel in foil in a preheated oven for about an hour at 200 degrees and serve with salad.
