A cupcake is a small portioned cake for one person. It also translates as "cup-sized cake." This portioned serving is great for children's parties, when it is more convenient to take a simple cupcake in your hand, rather than a piece of cake.

Ingredients:

For the test:

  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Sugar - 180 gr.
  • Milk - 120 gr.
  • Butter - 60 gr.
  • Flour - 180 gr.
  • Cocoa - 3 tbsp. l.
  • Soda - a pinch

For filling:

  • Cream 33% - 600 gr.
  • Powdered sugar - 120 gr.
  • Chocolate - 80 gr.

Prepare the required ingredients for making cupcakes. Sift the flour through a sieve.

Pour sugar into a beating bowl and add eggs to it. Turn on the maximum power of the mixer and beat everything together for a few minutes, until the mass is fluffy and fluffy.

At the same time, pour milk into a separate ladle and add butter. Put on fire and bring to a boil. Simmer until the butter is completely melted.

In several steps, mix the flour with soda and hot milk mixture into the egg mass. Do this by hand using a whisk. Try to keep the dough fluffy.

Then add cocoa, mix gently as well.

You will get a smooth chocolate dough.

Pour it into prepared paper cupcake tins, filling 2/3 full. Put them in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Remove the finished muffins from the oven and place them on the sides on the table to cool.

Measure out the required amount of cream and powdered sugar to prepare the filling. Dark chocolate can be used.

Pour 100 grams of cream into a ladle and bring to a boil. Then add the broken chocolate. Stir well to melt completely. Cool to room temperature.
