When your ideas are over, and Fasting continues. Buckwheat cutlets - semi-finished product

Admin

A few days ago, succumbing to general panic, I went into a chain store with groceries and saw a semi-finished product from Mistral - Buckwheat cutlets. I bought it for future use, but since I didn't have time to cook today, so I decided to try to cook them and the result exceeded all expectations. Of course, do not expect the taste of meat and juicy cutlets, but from what happened, it turned out very, very well.

So, in the package itself there are two packages:

The first is a mixture of buckwheat with dried mushrooms and dried vegetables, the second bag is bread crumbs.

All you need to do is follow the instructions on the package, namely:

Pour the dry mixture into a bowl, add 400-450 ml. boiling water and leave to swell for 10 minutes.

The mixture from boiling water will not become liquid. Buckwheat will instantly absorb water, everything will turn into a dense mass, which is difficult to stir with a spoon. It should be so.

Then you need to form the cutlets, open the second bag of breadcrumbs, roll the cutlets in breadcrumbs and in a frying pan.

Fry the cutlets in a pan for a few minutes and that's it!

You will get 10 delicious cutlets for 80 rubles (this is how much the package cost, taking into account the discount). And you do not need to soak ordinary buckwheat, crush, as suggested, but buy a finished (almost) product and not suffer))
