The other day, guests came to me, and I decided to please them not with traditional salads, but to prepare a buffet table. Every day I will lay out the different snacks I get. Frankly, I myself did not expect that the table would turn out to be so bright, beautiful, and, most importantly, delicious! All guests said that even in the restaurant they did not see such a variety.

So, today is the dates.

For cooking, I needed:

  • Large dates - 250 gr.
  • Brie cheese (with mold) -100 gr.
  • Cream 23% - 100 ml.
  • honey - 15 gr.

At first I bought dates in a bag, but when I opened them I realized that they were too small, although I used them too, so if you can buy large dates, great, no, then use the ones that you could get it.

First you need to remove the seeds from the dates. Make a longitudinal cut with a knife and carefully remove the bone.

Now prepare the filling.

Chop the cheese with a fork.

Mix it with cream until a smooth, thick mass is obtained.

Put the filling in the date with a small spoon.

Put it on a platter immediately so that you do not shift the dates with your hands a hundred times.

Drizzle honey over the dates (a few drops for each date.

Insert skewers into each date and place the platter on the table!

Because no one had ever tasted such a snack before, it flew off the table first. It was really delicious!
