This morning I realized that I had not prepared for the day off, namely, I had not thought out my daily diet. The time is now such that you have to stay at home, but you want to eat as if you had been on a diet for a year. So I try to make myself days without heavy food. Sweet and meat will rest today without me, and I will quickly stew the vegetables. I can't say that my addiction to stewed vegetables is shared by all family members, but you need to think about yourself sometime. No time to waste and let's start. I had this set of products today, but you can see what you have in your fridge, what vegetables you prefer and experiment as you wish.
For the stew I needed:
- Zucchini - 1 pc
- Onions - 0.5 pcs.
- Champignons -50-100 gr.
- Vermicelli (I have bows)
- Bulgarian red sweet pepper - 1 pc.
- Frozen corn -100 gr.
- Tomato - 1 pc.
- Greens, garlic - bite
Cut the pepper into strips, zucchini - half slices
Cut the champignons and onions into thin slices
Make cross-shaped cuts on the tomato and put in boiling water. After that, the skin is easily removed.
In one pan we fry the mushrooms, on the other in parallel all the vegetables we chopped. Add frozen corn to the vegetables. Let the vegetables cook for 7-8 minutes. Cook noodles aldente and add to the pan to vegetables
After 2-3 minutes add the mushrooms and chopped tomato.
We close the lid and simmer all the contents for several minutes.
Squeeze out a couple of cloves of garlic, salt and pepper, sprinkle with herbs on top.
Because I can't refuse bread at all, so I decorated the plate with wheat bread.
