Good day to all and delicious weight loss!
From the collage above it is already clear that to lose weight by 61!!! kg I was helped by proper nutrition (about PP) and to a greater extent counting calories and their deficit.

And I'll tell you about my day and share the menu for the day.
Breakfast - curd and berry baskets (240 g) - 455 kcal.
I baked the baskets yesterday, double portions and left them for breakfast.
While my husband is on vacation and I can say vacation. All that I can in terms of work - I transfer it to the evening, so as not to miss the good sunny weather and plenty of swimming and sunbathing.
So today, right after breakfast, we went for a swim, but not to the usual quarry, which is practically in front of us, but to the quarry a little further away.
Something strange is happening in our quarry, they began to fence it off. There are a lot of rumors: who says they will fall asleep and build a complex there (in the woods?), Who else is inventing something. The truth cannot be found, of course.
But we even liked the quarry that is further away from us - there are good wide sandy beaches, it is smaller and the water in it is warmer.
I don't know about you, but my appetite wakes up in nature. With water, the heat is not so felt.
I took 300 g of cherries with me for a snack - 150 kcal.
We swam and sunbathed from 9 to 12, and then went home, wait out the heat, have lunch, someone will rest, and someone will work.
It seems to be Monday, a working day, and closer to lunchtime there are a lot of people in the career, apparently many are on vacation. Turkey and other resorts have replaced local water bodies for people.
For lunch, I had chicken breast cooked for everyone under a tomato and cheese coat and boiled hard pasta.
200 g of breast, 75 g of boiled pasta and 100 g of cucumber.
Lunch turned out to be 345 kcal.
What day I try to buy myself a salted or smoked fish, but my pink salmon is gone and that's it.
But I can't do it now! 🤣 I bought a piece of butter and after lunch with great pleasure I ate a sandwich on whole grain bread (25 g) with fish (80 g) - 190 kcal.
We sat out the very heat at home (and today we had a notable heat - in the shade of 30 degrees).
I just had time to work a little.
And closer to 16 o'clock we decided to go swimming again. We must take as much as possible from life 😉
I bought it, I'm already tired!
But for dinner there were so few free calories that my dinner consisted of yogurt (200 g) with raspberries and date syrup - 200 kcal.
It's so delicious! And in the heat, cold yogurt is just 👍
In just a day it worked out for me 1430 kcal.
Water can be drunk well in hot weather, but you should drink it a little more than usual to avoid dehydration.

The situation now is such that most likely you will not fly anywhere this summer to rest, and Russian resorts are 2 times more expensive now, and the wallets of ordinary people have been depleted in recent months.
