1. Homemade cheese, which is prepared here in Siberia, Omsk region. I have never seen such delicious cheese as they cook here. No holiday is complete without this cheese. And it doesn't stay on the table.

Cottage cheese -1.3 kg.

Eggs -2 pcs.

Butter -100g.

Salt -1 tsp (with slide)

2. Processed cheese and the answer to the Question. Why cheese is not obtained, even from natural cottage cheese? You do everything according to the recipe, but the cottage cheese does not melt, or if it melts, then the finished cheese gives off soda.
