Sausages fried according to this recipe with cheese filling in lavash are incredibly tasty pies for a family breakfast, a snack. You can take them with you to the dacha, picnic or walk. Ingredients:

Lavash sheet - 150 g

Sausages - 3 pcs.

Chicken egg - 3 pcs.

Hard cheese - 120 g

Dill - 10 g

Salt to taste

Ch.m. pepper - taste

Lean oil - 5 g

Preparation:

1. To cook sausages in pita bread in a pan at home, prepare the products according to the list. I have cornmeal pita bread, I like it better for its taste. Boil chicken eggs for no longer than 8 minutes, cool in ice water, clean from the shell. Wash the dill, dry it with paper towels.

2. Favorite delicious hard cheese three on a coarse grater, we rub chicken eggs in the same way. We put all the ingredients in a deep bowl.

3. Add finely chopped sprigs of fresh dill to the grated cheese with boiled eggs. This herb goes best with this dish.

4. The filling needs to be slightly salt and pepper, mix thoroughly.

5. Cut sheets of thin pita bread into wide strips. Place a few tablespoons of the cheese filling, on top - a delicious good quality sausage from your favorite manufacturer.

6. Roll the sausage into a stuffed pita bread roll, tucking the edges on both sides. Do the same with the rest of the ingredients.

7. Lightly grease a preheated skillet with light, odorless, odorless vegetable oil. Put the sausages in pita bread and fry on all sides until golden brown and crispy, 2-3 minutes each. This is best done over medium or low heat.

Serve the finished dish hot, as soon as you remove it from the pan, until the pita bread is crispy and the cheese is hot and viscous.
