For several days now I have come across articles about the healing power of hunger - they say, do not eat, the body activates and begins to eat himself, but cleverly - everything that he does not need and is dangerous bursts into first of all. And this is for us, they say, profit - the body will eat the sores.

I see such articles, I clutch at my heart, although it seems to be still healthy. An organism that eats "unnecessary" in itself - even Japanese directors and screenwriters did not think of this before. Why do I say Japanese - so are the most advanced in horror movies, after their films at night it's not like going to the refrigerator, you can't go to the toilet without security - it's dumb.

Although there is some truth in such articles: I now think that it is not boring to eat what the body does not want. On ordinary days, yes, you can shove an unloved dish into yourself, justifying such violence with usefulness, in days of a pestilence (ha, what expressions, however, I remember!) - not worth it.

However, some foods should be discarded. I, at least for the period of acute threat, decided to avoid them. The list is not as long as it might seem

Milk and dairy products

Why? Milk has one unpleasant feature, namely, it provokes the production of mucus, the body, as a result, cannot cope with this and the cough is not treated, but only intensifies. Becomes exhausting and debilitating.

Some doctors are now talking about this, but I had to be convinced from my own experience: they tried to treat my cold all my childhood with milk, honey and butter (well, as expected). Didn't help. I couldn't shallow explain why.

In adulthood, I realized: this milk makes me feel like a lump of mucus, standing somewhere at the bottom of my throat. And not only sensation, but also presence. So it turns out that milk does not heal.

It does not work as a preventive measure, nor does it work as a medicine. So we exclude.

Alcohol, everything is excessively spicy, fatty, salty

That is, everything that negatively affects the liver and the digestive system as a whole.

Good digestion is the key to strong immunity. There is no need to ruin him with his addiction to fried pork and juicy belyash with pasties. Then we'll fill up when the threat has passed. By the way, mayonnaise is also prohibited.

Desserts (and not only) with a lot of sugar

Another enemy of immunity is fast carbohydrates. That is, you will have to exclude sweets from the menu, unless you use them a little bit

Why is that? When there is too much sugar in the body, leukocytes become lazy and they are less resistant to adversity. So it is better to use slow carbohydrates - there are cereals (on the water!), Cereals... And what, at the same time, you can lose weight!

Partially - drinks

Well, the last thing (which I know about) at the moment is coffee, sugary carbonated drinks, everything that has a diuretic effect. Lack of moisture in the body leads to the fact that it cannot normally remove viruses and waste products of both its own and foreign cells.
