Here I got a chili mill and a packet of wigs, bought in this "famous" store that has become in the whole of Zen.
Honestly, I would never buy it myself. Already by the look it can be said that the contents of the mill are not worth the thirty () or forty) rubles that are asked for it. But - alas! - I didn't buy it myself. I asked my acquaintances who were going on a shopping trip to buy chili and paprika.
I got this - and with pride, they say, what kind of economy, spice, in the mill, and even for a penny.
Honestly, I would like to say a lot of words to the address of the manufacturer of this spice, and not very good ones.
Because you can't really use it. Well, disgusting flowability is the problem with almost all plastic diapers, regardless of their cost.
But the content is the content!
The manufacturer claims that the mill contains sea salt, chili peppers, mustard seeds, paprika and tomatoes. There may be traces of sesame and celery.
Okay, with traces of hell with it, but in fact, in this mill, most of the contents are just salt.
Among the salt grains, lonely round mustard grains and pieces of something red, it is not clear - either tomatoes, or chili, or paprika (in pieces), jerk. It is impossible to use it as a seasoning when preparing a dish - you will surpass it.
Firstly, because for... you are mannered to twist this little tea, and secondly, too much salt when the minimum spice content leads to the fact that the food is salty, but not aromatic and sharp. That is, we do not season with pepper, but salt! If you are trying to achieve the sharpness of chili, then the salty is most likely guaranteed.
Seasoning a ready-made dish on a plate is also problematic. Because, again, you salt it. Not chili. As a result, you get something oversalted.
There are no shades of mustard in the mixture at all, and neither is paprika. Chili pungency is rough, with bitterness. The tomato passes like a ghost without a trace.
I can only say one thing about the wig: the taste of a rotten rag and nothing else. Unfortunately, I won't show the bag, because I was immediately thrown away, I will just describe it: white, paper, cellophane inside. I don't remember the print on the bag (primitive). The cost is also ridiculous - up to thirty rubles, and the mass there is decent, there was a lot of paprika.
The conclusion, as always, will be the same: spices (alas) cannot be cheap. Don't buy cheapness!
PS, I will not scold the entire assortment of the store and the store itself, because I myself have not been there, I am writing about what I got into my hands ...
