What could be simpler than fried rice? The dish they are talking about - one or two and you're done! Fried rice, by the way, is the basis of many Asian dishes, but in our, Russian realities, it also goes very, very well.
And all because in addition to the speed of cooking, it also has a rather pleasant taste. Yes, now, when many are at home in forced self-isolation, the speed of cooking does not seem so important. Well, where to rush, all the same within four walls around the clock
But the taste... Tasty food is needed, very much needed. Even simple. And all because food is one of the ways to have fun (that is, to start the production of endorphins). We need it both for the psychological balance and for the balance of all body systems.
So take the frying pan and go!
We need:
⠀
Homemade mince
Egg
Green pea
Rice (preferably jasmine)
Smoked brisket
Half an onion
Soy sauce
Garlic 1 clove
Green onions
And, of course, salt, black pepper and chili flakes to taste.
How do we cook?
If you have a wok, we put it on strong heating, if not, we send a regular frying pan to heat up.
⠀
Pour a little oil there and when it warms up, add rice. We fry it for two minutes, stirring constantly.
⠀
Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry with the brisket for a minute.
⠀
Now is the time for minced meat and pepper. Add them to the pan and fry for another 2 minutes with the brisket.
⠀
We send sauce, green peas, egg to the pan
⠀
Mix thoroughly again, beautifully lay out the rice, minced meat on top and decorate with a green onion.
Served to eat, bon appetit!
