Wine (white) 50 ml

Starch - a couple of tablespoons (and 50 ml of water on top to dilute it)

How we cook:

Pour berries with 250 ml of water, bring to a boil. Add sugar and cinnamon, after the sugar has dissolved, cook for 2 minutes. Grind the mass with an immersion blender, add wine and simmer for 5 minutes. We dilute the starch in 50 ml of water and pour in a thin stream into the coyc.

What do we do next?

Cut the chicken thighs fillet into pieces and fill them with sauce - slightly marinate. 15 minutes will be enough, but it is better to hold it longer.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

On a baking sheet lined with paper, spread the fillet, chopped celery and carrots.

In the oven, our meat should spend five minutes, after which we add corn from a can to the carrots and celery and leave everything in the oven for another three minutes.
