I like this chicken fillet option the most. Chicken kebab in the oven turns out to be incredibly tender, juicy, tasty and aromatic.
In addition to fillet, add cherry tomatoes and some mushrooms to the recipe. From yourself, you can additionally take spices and various vegetables. To bake a kebab, you will also need skewers or small wooden sticks. Outwardly, we will get a very beautiful result, worthy of a festive celebration.
Serve ready-made kebabs deliciously with herbs, fresh vegetables, sauces or ketchup. A more satisfying option is to add potatoes or porridge to hot meat on skewers.

Ingredients:
Chicken fillet - 300 g
Cherry tomatoes - 6 pcs.
Champignons - 4 pcs.
Salt, pepper, dry garlic, spices - to taste
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Thyme - 1 sprig
Description:
Prepare all foods. Turn on and warm up the oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees.
Buy chicken fillet fresh, chilled, not frozen. Rinse and dry the chicken. Cut into fairly large pieces. If desired, fillets can be separately marinated in soy or any other sauce, spices.
Wash and dry the champignons. Remove the legs and leave the caps.
Wash and dry the tomatoes. If they are too small, leave whole, larger ones cut in half.
Sprinkle all prepared ingredients with salt, pepper, dry garlic.
Take a deep shape and prepare the skewers. String chicken, tomatoes and mushrooms on them. Transfer the blanks to the form, as shown in the photo.
Optionally add a sprig of thyme here for a delicate aroma. Transfer the dish to the oven. Bake the skewers for 25 minutes, turning them periodically. If there is convection in the oven, turn it on.
After a while, serve ready-made chicken skewers on skewers to the table.
