A simple sauce recipe that can be made in minutes. And for chicken, and for fish, and for vegetables (moreover, for raw, and for baked, and fried). I love him even just like that, with bread. Delicious! And if suddenly the dish turned out to be not very tasty (for example, as it sometimes happens with me, if I forgot to add spices to the fish), this sauce will perfectly complement the taste.
Of course, I will not "discover America" (as many people like to write in the comments), of course, this sauce is familiar to many and many people also constantly cook it. But if you haven't tried it, I highly recommend it!

HOW TO COOK:
The main ingredient in the sauce is sour cream (or you can use less fatty Greek yogurt).
I chop the greens. You can take any greens. If I serve the sauce with vegetables, add basil, parsley and a couple of mint leaves. If for fish - parsley leaves. Or I just chop the dill finely - it goes well with meat and any vegetables.
I send greens to sour cream and squeeze out a clove of garlic here.
I stir, add salt to taste and spices. You can also take any spices you like. I usually add black pepper and aromatic dry herbs (oregano, basil, thyme, or a mixture of herbs). You can add ready-made mixes (for potato dishes, for example, or for fish dishes). You can add red chili powder for spiciness. It always turns out very tasty!
Sometimes, when I have absolutely no time, I just add Adyghe salt and dry herbs to sour cream. Two minutes - and the delicious sauce is ready.
