Dad calls chicken necks "cat food". Our cats really love them very much. And yes, we don't usually buy them for ourselves. Although once upon a time (25 years ago), my mother cooked chicken necks for us, adding salt, peppercorns and bay leaves to the water. And I remember even now that it was delicious!

And lately, I sometimes buy necks for myself. And not because it is inexpensive, no! But because I found an interesting recipe, I tried it and we all really liked it! Try it - I'm sure many will appreciate it! Because it really tastes good.

HOW TO COOK:

My chicken necks (definitely mine, at least someone writes that this cannot be done for some reason), I put them in a bowl. I squeeze the garlic through the press (2-3 cloves).

I add spices. Of course, you can take any spices (whatever you like). I have paprika and black pepper. I add here a little more apple cider vinegar (or you can replace it with lemon juice), a spoonful of oil and soy sauce. If you don't like soy sauce, you can simply add salt to taste. But we like the sauce better!

I mix everything well so that the spices are well distributed. And I put it in the refrigerator for three hours so that the necks are well marinated. Of course, you can cook right away, but they turn out to be much tastier if they still stand in the marinade.

I fry the chopped onion in vegetable oil.

The necks are already well marinated. I mixed them twice in three hours.

I put it in a saucepan with heated oil and fry. Can be covered with a lid to help prepare necks.

When all the liquid has evaporated, add the onion and sour cream.

I fry everything together for a few more minutes. And that's it! You can try. It's like seeds! You start eating and you can't stop. Only hide))

RECIPE:

• Chicken necks - 1 kg
• Onions - 4 pcs.
• Garlic - 2-3 teeth.
• Paprika - 1 tsp.
• Apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice) - 1 tbsp.
• Soy sauce - 3 tbsp. (or salt to taste)
• Ground black pepper
• Sour cream - 1-2 tbsp.
