Good day to all and delicious weight loss!

While you are starving on diets, the girls and I do not know what else to eat in order to lose weight🤣.

Really! Losing weight by counting calories and their deficit is a long process, not fast, but comfortable and without harm to health.

The most important thing is to eat, not starve, as everyone is used to. But there is not everything and not in tons.

By controlling our nutrition and building a diet with a slight deficit, we are tasty and satisfyingly slimmer, do not deprive the body of the nutrients it needs.

I'll tell you how my day went and show you the menu for the day.

Today my menu is far from perfect, but it "has a place to be". And since I’m talking about how my process of losing weight is going and sharing my experience, then I’m talking about everything that is connected with the process of nutrition and weight loss.

Breakfast - sandwiches on whole grain bread (70 g) with butter (less than 5 g) and carp caviar (20 g), as well as 55 g of chicken carpaccio.

Breakfast turned out to be 330 kcal. Regular breakfast, one of my favorite quick breakfasts.

We devoted most of the day to a trip to Moscow.

Firstly, I had an appointment with the dentist. Well, since we are in Moscow, we should definitely take a walk where we really like - at VDNKh.

I didn't visit the dentist for long.

Then we thought to go for a walk or not. Indeed, according to the weather forecast, a thunderstorm and increased wind were waiting for us, and suspicious clouds were walking in the sky.

But once again the weather forecast deceived us. We decided to be guided by the situation. It was hot, even the sun was shining.

We arrived at VDNKh closer to lunchtime. I thought about taking a walk, and then having a snack, but I realized that my husband would not be able to walk with me for a long time if we did not have a snack first.

And did not find anything "better" and more budgetary than McDuck.

I decided to try a new product - a big test roll (like a roll, no rolls - not so scary, I thought). And this roll contains 521 kcal! I don't know, of course, maybe I have a prejudiced attitude towards McDuck (I don't like such fast food and eat very rarely), but I didn't like the roll at all. And the most important thing is that I ate it, and the feeling that I did not eat at all!

Plus some water on 85 kcal.

Total lunch - 605 kcal. Well, this food is not worth spending 605 kcal on it.🤣.

After eating, we went for a walk, turn the eaten roll into energy.

The plans were to visit the ecological trail - it was built long ago, but we have not seen it yet. You have to see everything with your own eyes!

While walking to the eco-trail through the entire exhibition, I could not resist and took several photos. How beautiful it is, roses bloom everywhere!

I don’t know why, but it was VDNKh that became my favorite place for walking. I can walk there all day.

Until we got to the eco-trail, we evaporated. It's stuffy, hot. But on the path itself, in the shade of oak trees, it is just wonderful.

In the evening, when the trail lights turn on, it's just beauty, I guess.

But it was time for us to go home, and on the way we also had to stop by the market in order to buy cheaper fruits, berries and dried mangoes.

Thanks McDuck for my useless high-calorie lunch and for making my dinner berries.

300 g strawberries and 300 g cherries - 275 kcal.

I wrote down all the food for the day. Hooray! I have 190 free calories🤣.

So there will be zucchini pancakes (50 g) and a little chicken carpaccio (80 g). It was carpaccio that I wanted most of all, especially since there was a shortage of proteins.

Dinner for 200 kcal.

In total, 1410 kcal were obtained in a day.

But I drank a little water today, I'm expecting a gain tomorrow, but I won't get up on the scales, why be upset when I already know what will be a plus because of the water.
