Excellent recipe flavored soup Georgian Kharcho beef, rice, sweet peppers with walnuts, paprika, acute pepper, garlic sauce Tkemali and thyme (thyme).
Ingredients:
beef - 300 g.
rice - 1/2 cup
walnut - 50 g.
tomatoes - 2 pcs.
onions - 2 pcs.
pepper - 1 pc.
Garlic - 3 cloves
parsley - 3 sprigs
bay leaf - 2 pcs.
sauce - 3 tablespoons. l.
thyme - 1 tbsp. l.
paprika - 1 hr. l.
pepper - 1/2 hours. l.
vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l.
salt - to taste
Preparation:
Beef washed and cut into cubes, peeled onion and garlic - finely.
In the hot oil spread prepared beef and fry over high heat until lightly browned bits.
Put the prepared onion, garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Roast beef with onions spread into a pan, pour water (1.5 liters) and bring to a boil.
Add the chopped tomatoes, canned sauce Tkemali, paprika, hot pepper, black pepper, bay leaves, thyme and salt (1 tablespoon).
Cook meat flavored broth about 1 hour.
After 1 hour, the soup in a blender ship crushed walnuts, chopped into small pieces of sweet pepper (you can take the green and yellow) and washed 4-5 times in Fig.
Cook flavored soup Kharcho 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
After 20 minutes a finished soup add chopped parsley and try to salt.
Kharcho soup should not obtain a liquid, but not too thick.
Ready fragrant soup Kharcho spill on plates, sprinkle with parsley and serve with fresh crusty bread.
