Good day, losing weight!
Not always and not everywhere you can buy healthy wholegrain hlebushek and so I decided to share with you a simple recipe for a delicious bread. The main thing is not to eat it right away and lukewarm with an amazing crispy).
For the bread we need:
- 400g of yogurt (2.5% I)
- 450 g of whole wheat flour (I 200 g of wheat and rye 250 g)
- 1 tsp salt without slides,
- 3/4 tsp soda.
- optional flax seeds, cumin, coriander.
Preparation.
Mix in a bowl all the dry ingredients - flour, salt, baking soda and spices.
Then pour yogurt (preferably room temperature) and stirred with a spoon. The dough is not necessary to knead, just mix well.
The dough should be soft, slightly stick to hands. Everything depends on the flour if the dough is dense, add more yogurt a tablespoon to make it softer.
Silicone mat (who has) or baking paper sprinkled with flour and place the dough on it, form the shape that you like - an oblong, round and so on.
Sprinkle flour on top and make cuts.
Harvesting in the oven and heated to 230-240 degrees for 15 minutes. Then we diminish to 200 degrees and hold still for 30-35 minutes.
