But there is a question that causes a lot of controversy among lovers of dieting: how much is it necessary to reduce the calorie content of the diet in order to lose weight?

And here it depends on your priorities. The goal is one - to lose weight. But do you want to maintain your health, appearance in the process of losing weight, or do you care - the main thing is to quickly get rid of excess weight by a certain event?

The path you will take depends on the priorities you choose.

A reasonable person will choose the opportunity to lose weight comfortably, without health problems, while eating deliciously, restructuring his diet so that he can eat right and not get better in the future.

And for those who see only the goal and do not see obstacles, any method is good, if only quickly. But I do not support such a weight loss, because I myself went through this out of stupidity for years. And my desire to quickly get rid of excess weight did not lead me to anything good. If I lost weight, I quickly recruited everything back. And I don’t even want to talk about the lost health on hungry diets. I'm sorry for those years, sorry for my body, which, through my stupidity, suffered and fought for survival as best it could.

But I was able to enlighten myself and understand the main thing: you need to eat balanced, nutrition must be controlled and not overeating.

To comfortable to lose weight, without extreme experiments with the body, without hunger and breakdowns, we need only a 15% calorie deficit. At a 15% deficit, we will slowly slim down and, most importantly, without problems for our body.

In addition, to create comfortable weight loss, without harming yourself, it is necessary to replace high-calorie foods with less high-calorie foods:

  • It is elementary to stop using a sea of ​​oil when preparing a dish.
  • replace fatty pork with chicken, turkey, lean beef.
  • instead of mayonnaise, dress the salad with a sauce based on yogurt / soft cottage cheese / low-fat sour cream with mustard and soy sauce.
  • instead of rich high-calorie pastries, cook homemade cottage-cheese-based pastries with a minimum amount of flour.

By replacing high-calorie foods with low-calorie counterparts, you will come to the fact that your portions will be large enough to saturate your stomach and avoid overeating thanks to food control on the count calories.

A conscious approach to the choice of products and the exclusion of store semi-finished products, fatty and very high-calorie foods will not only lead to weight loss, but also improve your well-being. After all, our health consists of what is on our plate.

For breakfast, I fried 2 eggs for 1 g of butter, made a sandwich on whole grain bread (25 g) with curd cheese (25 g) and carp caviar (30 g). I added a little cherry (50 g) to breakfast.

The calorie content of breakfast was 415 kcal.

Waking up this morning I was just shocked. It was snowing outside the window!And apparently the end of the snowfall was not worth waiting for. And I had to run to the store in the afternoon. I took a chance, dressed almost in winter and went out into the street.

Just look at what happened with us:

It was not in vain that I went to the store in this weather. In addition to what I planned to buy, I bought some strawberries, to brighten up the sadness from the weather.

I had a snack for myself with 9% cottage cheese (160 g) with strawberries (140 g).

Snack on 305 kcal.

Strawberries, by the way, have become a little cheaper here - 315 rubles per kilogram.

For lunch, chicken broth, which is cooked on the drumstick (400 g, weight with meat, which has already been calculated in the broth!) And boiled noodles (70 g). And also a slice of whole grain bread (25 g).

Lunch at 350 kcal.

While preparing dinner today, I drank green tea with 20 g of dark chocolate - 110 kcal.

And for dinner I made julienne with chicken breast. I had fried chicken breast. I stewed the champignons with onions, salt, black pepper and dry garlic, mixed with a little sour cream. I added finely chopped fried chicken breast to the mushrooms. I mixed everything, put it in a mold, sprinkled it with cheese and put it in the oven just before dinner until a cheese crust formed.

I got a casserole ala julienne:

My serving (220 g) came out on 315 kcal.

And 3 hours before bedtime I drank green tea with 35 g of dried mango - 110 kcal.

The total calorie content of the day is 1615 kcal. B - 125, F - 75, U - 101.

Do not forget about the drinking regimen and at least the usual physical education at home.
