Year after year, I write about pumpkin delicacies in the fall for a very banal reason: in order not to fall into a blues, I chose her as a symbol of the gloomy and slushy season. Bright warm pumpkin.

So I recommend to everyone who suffers from the autumn blues to look into the corner where you store the gifts of your kind relatives. Because for sure a pile of zucchini that has sore teeth, which is a pity to throw away, but impossible to eat, it is decorated with a thick-sided, fleshy, orange-sun pumpkin. You look at her - and already somehow warmer and more joyful in your soul.

I have a lot of pumpkins. Fortunately, the mother-in-law from Belarus supplies, almost in bags.

So, today I will present a new variation of one of the most favorite soups of our family to everyone who is in zero mood due to the cold snap. They burst it so that it pops behind the ears and the pan is almost licked. Isn't this the best gratitude to the chef dad?

The list of products will be like this:

• Pumpkin 1 pc

• Onion 2 pcs

• Red pepper 2 pieces

• Lentils red gram 150-200

• Pork brisket

• Chicken bouillon

• Coriander grains

• Wig

• Salt

How we cook:

We bake the pepper in the oven. First, the flavor becomes richer. Secondly, it is easier to remove the skin from it.

Cut the onion and fry in a pan.

Cut the pumpkin into cubes and send to fry to the onion.

Along the way, we heat the broth. I wrote many times that I always have frozen food. It is very comfortable. I took out the bottle, put it in the microwave and saved a lot of time.

Pour lentils into the broth. I want to note that red lentils cook very quickly, and 15 minutes are enough for them.

Now is the time for the coriander and spices. I advise you to fry the coriander in a dry frying pan. The taste is revealed, and the soup will be much more aromatic and tasty.

Well, before punching everything with a blender, throw in the cooked pepper.

In order for the soup to be tastier and more satisfying, cut the brisket and fry it in a dry frying pan. And then - and her in the soup!

And now, sprinkle the delicious food with pumpkin seeds, make baguette toasts and enjoy.
